With our monthly accounting services, we strive to make the process easy and less time consuming for the business owner.
- Secure online portals for fast, easy data exchange - scan your receipts and documents and upload them to us - we will process them into your Quickbooks files. You can even snap a smartphone photo and upload documents while you are traveling.
- Monthly or quarterly phone conference with our office to review issues or questions that you may have, tax planning, and overview of your profitability and efficiencies.
- Select a package that works for your business. Our monthly fees are fixed so you know what to expect each month. We review and update fees as your volume or complexity of data changes, usually yearly. We strive to give you excellent value for your fees.
How does it work?
- Send an email and let us know you are interested. We will call you or email you (your preference) and we will work with you to determine if your business is a good fit for our CPA firm and if your company will benefit from our services. We are selective about our clients. We want to help our clients succeed. That means that some clients will be perfect for us, and us for them. Some clients will be better served by another CPA firm or another method of accounting. We should be able to offer suggestions for you to pursue in this case.
- We will work with you to agree on the services and the fees. Our monthly accounting services are set at a fixed fee so that you will know what to expect and how much it will cost. We will put this in a written contract so that you will know what to expect and what terms we both have agreed on.
- You will have a checklist and time schedule of what to send us each month. Ideally you wlll use our secure servers to upload the data, but you will also be able to mail in or drop off your data.
- We will process your data, organize it into the agreed reports and statements, fill out or file agreed forms, and perform other accounting and bookkeeping services according to our agreement.
- Reports, forms, statements, and other items will be uploaded to our secure servers for you to download and use at your convenience
- If you choose, our services will include a 20-30 minute monthly (or weekly) phone conference to review your profitabiliy, trends, successes, and any issues that you are having that we can assist you with.
What services do we offer? Create an accounting servcies package from:
- keying your invoices, bills, statements, payroll data, and other accounting receipts into QuickBooks or other accounting programs.
- scheduling bills for payment
- reconciling checking accounts and savings accounts
- keying and reconciling credit card statements
- sending out monthly/quarterly statements and reminders of balances due to your customers or clients
- monthly reports and/or financial statements
- QuickBooks tune-up and doctor (correcting your errors and fine-tuning your QuickBooks)
- assist with setting up your internal bookkeeping systems and forms
- monthly consulting and accounting management
- other accounting and bookkeeping services as agreed
